Depart form home to Cairo

 

We are welcomed at Cairo Airport and transferred to hotel.

 

Pyramids & Egyptian Museum:

Full day tour visiting the Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum.
Late evening we take an overnight train to Luxor.

Arrival morning at Luxor. Transfer followed by a tour of the Karnak and Luxor Temples.

 

We cross the Nile River by typical ferry and get into our 4 x 4's driving to the El Karaga Oasis. Upon arrival, we visit the Hibis Temple and Bagawat.

 

Driving along side sand dunes, we go southwards to visit the oasis of Paris - a settlement from nowhere. We then continue eastwards to Bir Quiseda and camp in the clear starlight sky of the desert

 

A desert ride with the mirage which materializes in the majestic Temple of Abu Simbel.
Overnight in Abu Simbel.

 

Continuing north, we visit the rock temples at Amada, El Dier, Maharaka and Dakka before culminating our desert safari at the green and beautiful city of Aswan.

 

Tour of Aswan with a Nile cruise on the typical felucca. On the Afternoon, flight to Cairo. Transfer and overnight in Cairo.

 

Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.

    St Catherine from Cairo (4 days ex Cairo)

Day1:  Drive from Cairo to St. Catherine. Overnight St. Catherine.

Day2:  Visit Monastery and climb the Mountain of Moses

Day3:  Return transfer to Cairo. Overnight Cairo.

Day4:  Departure transfer.
